Mo Terms of Service

Effective date: September 25, 2026 Status: Beta version. These terms are under review by our counsel and will be updated when that review is complete. We will tell you when they change.

These terms are an agreement between you and Friendzis LLC ("we," "us") about your use of Mo, including the Mo iPhone app, the web chat at chat.getmymo.app, and Mo's text messaging service (together, "Mo"). By using Mo, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://getmymo.app/privacy.

1. What Mo is

Mo is a personal assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It can remember what you approve, send you reminders and briefings, help you track the parts of your life you care about, and answer questions.

Mo is in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and some described features are still rolling out. We may limit who can use Mo during the beta.

2. Who can use Mo

You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. You're responsible for keeping your account and your devices secure. Tell us right away at support@getmymo.app if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Important limits: please read

• Mo can be wrong. It uses AI, and AI makes mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it.
• Mo is not a medical, legal, financial, or mental health professional, and it does not give professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional about decisions in those areas.
• Mo is not an emergency service. Its automated safety checks can miss things or flag things wrongly. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States) or, in the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
• Reminders and messages can fail or arrive late because of networks, devices, carriers, or our systems. Don't rely on Mo as your only reminder for anything critical, such as medication timing.

4. Your content

You own what you put into Mo: your messages, recordings, documents, photos, and logs ("your content").

You give us permission to store, process, and transmit your content only to provide Mo to you, including sending the relevant parts to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.

You can correct, remove, or export your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Other people's information

Your content may include information about other people: people in your recordings, your contacts, and your notes. You're responsible for having the right to share it. In particular:

• Recordings: only share recordings of conversations where you have the consent required by the law where the recording was made. Mo asks you to confirm this before it uses a recording, and your answer is your representation to us that it's true.
• Shared conversations: only add Mo to a conversation with other people if they agree to it.

6. Text messages

If you use Mo by text message, you agree to receive texts from Mo, including replies, reminders, and briefings. You'll be asked to reply YES to confirm before Mo sends you anything else. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Mo to:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it;
• harass, threaten, stalk, or harm anyone, or collect information about someone to do so;
• record or share other people's information without the consent the law requires;
• try to get into another person's account or data, or into our systems;
• interfere with or overload Mo, or try to get around its safety features;
• reverse engineer Mo, or copy it to build a competing product.

8. Our property

Mo, including its software, design, and the way it organizes and governs memory, belongs to Friendzis LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws, including pending patent applications. These terms don't give you any rights in Mo except the right to use it as described here.

Feedback: if you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Mo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we need to protect you, other people, or Mo, or if we end the beta. When your account is deleted, your content is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

Mo is provided "as is" and "as available," especially during the beta. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that Mo will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Friendzis LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of Mo. Our total liability for any claim relating to Mo is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Mo in the twelve months before the claim, or $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@getmymo.app so we can try to resolve it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Mo changes. If we make a material change, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Mo after that means you accept the updated terms.
